Held in the evening of 6 November at Nara Park Bus Terminal, Lecture Hall (venue for the pre-symposium)

Banquet
Held in the evening of 9 November at Nara Royal Hotel.
Participation Fee: 10,000 JPY
Visa Support
The deadline of registration for “Visa Support Applicants”: 31 July(JST)
Please proceed application as soon as you have received the visa documents.
It could take more than 1 month to make an appointment at Embassies, Consulates and Permanent Missions.
Cancellation
Regarding the cancellation fee, it is refunded to your credit card if you use a credit card for payment.
Actual refund amount could be different from which paid when registration due to exchange rate fluctuations.
